What if I need more than one imprint color?Most items include a standard one color imprint, if you need more than one imprint color please contact us. Additional set-up and run charges may be required for multi color imprinting. Some items can only be imprinted with one color.
How do I know when my order has shipped?You will receive an email notifying you that your order was picked up by the shipping company, and we will include a tracking number in that message.
Can I cancel or change my order?You can cancel your order if the order hasn't gone into production. Once the product has been customized with your art, cancellations are tricky. If you cancel your order while it is already in production (prior to shipping), you will have to pay for however many products that were produced. If the order ships, it would be treated like a return or exchange.
